摘要:
鼓励农村居民使用沼气对应对我国能源短缺和环境恶化具有重要的现实意义。基于四川、湖北、江西及贵州四省1125个农户样本的调查数据,实证分析了户用沼气和大中型沼气用户之间的差异,并以此为基础深入探讨了地理因素、户主及家庭因素、沼气能源特征对这两类用户沼气使用行为的不同影响。结果表明,这两类用户在沼气使用比例、补贴成本比、沼气服务评价、地理条件等方面表现出很大的差异。对户用沼气而言,安装年数及服务评价是沼气使用的重要预测因素;对大中型沼气而言,除了安装年数和服务评价以外,补贴成本比对沼气的使用产生了负向影响,且沼气价格是制约沼气使用的关键因素。
Abstract:
Encouraging rural residents to use biogas energy is especially important to deal with environmental degradation and energy deficits in China. Based on a survey with 1125 farmer households from Sichuan, Hubei, Jiangxi and Guizhou provinces, this study investigated the difference between household biogas digester(HBD)users and medium & large-scale biogas plant(MLBP)users, and the factors that affect biogas use of these two kinds of users. Results indicate that they show big difference in ratio of biogas use, subsidy-cost ratio, biogas service and geographic conditions. As for HBD users, the years of installation and service evaluation are significant predictors of biogas use. As for MLBP users, besides the years of installation and service, subsidy-cost ratio affects biogas use negatively, and the price of biogas is a key constraint for biogas use.
