摘要:
国家高新区作为科技型中小企业集聚的特殊区域,合作创新活动频繁。旨在创新的合作关系质量可以从合作广度、合作深度及合作时间性等维度去测量,相应地可表征为合作开放性、合作互惠性与合作持久性,这些因素会影响中小企业的创新绩效。当然,它们对企业创新绩效的影响程度还与企业自身的知识吸收能力相关。通过对太原高新区内136家科技型中小企业的实证研究发现:合作开放性与创新绩效呈倒U型关系,合作互惠性与持久性对创新绩效有显著正向影响;合作开放性、互惠性及持久性对企业知识吸收能力均有显著正向影响,且知识吸收能力通过部分中介效应影响着合作创新对创新绩效的效果。因此,高新区科技型中小企业既要重视建立适宜的合作机制,提升合作创新绩效;也要不断完善组织学习机制,提高企业自身的知识吸收能力。
Abstract:
The national high-tech industrial development zone is a particular clustering region of SMEs of science and technology, where cooperative innovation activities occur frequently. The quality of cooperative innovation will affect innovation performance of SMEs. The quality has multiple dimensions that include the breadth, depth and temporality of cooperation relationship. These three dimensions can be measured by the corresponding specific indexs consist of cooperative openness, reciprocity, durability. Meanwhile, the effect of cooperation relationship on enterprise innovation performance is also associated with the knowledge absorptive capacity of the enterprise itself. Through an empirical testing of 136 SMEs in Taiyuan National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, we found:The ″inverted U″ feature can well reflect the relationship between cooperation openness and innovation performance, while the reciprocity and durability of cooperation relationship has a significant positive effect on innovation performance. The openness, reciprocity and durability of cooperation relationship has significant positive influence on enterprise knowledge absorptive capacity, and the latter plays the role of partial intermediary effect between innovation cooperation and innovation performance. Therefore, high-tech SMEs should attach more importance to establishing mutually beneficial cooperation mechanism with other innovation subjects. Moreover, it′s essential for SEMs to improve the organizational learning mechanism and enhance enterprise′s own knowledge absorptive capacity.
